Skiing in the chicago suburbs, nearby ski resorts within 3 to 3.5 hour drive and lastly, ski resorts that are about a 6 hour drive but worth the drive for its full amenities and activities. Although wilmot and villa olivia are closer, they’re both far from the level of ski resort we’ve come to. I have recently become more interested in really upping my game, especially in the terrain park.

Located near galena, ill., about 160 miles from downtown chicago, chestnut mountain is more likely a weekend trip.
